MP Women - Grow Studies
We live in a broken, sad, scary place. We don’t need to watch the natural disasters and political unrest in the news to know what our bodies already know. Our bodies get sick. Our minds are fragile. The mortality rate for humans is astonishingly high. There’s plenty to worry about, and the world is full of faulty solutions for our anxieties.
But true peace comes when we learn to hold God’s Word up to what worries us. There, we learn we can’t fix ourselves; we can’t protect ourselves. Instead, the Bible tells us we can rest, knowing that Jesus walked into the broken, sad, scary places to rescue us and love us. He is the One who fixes. His is the only protection that matters.
Join Scarlet Hiltibidal in this 8-session study to learn how we can practically take hold of the perfect peace that is only available through God as we dive deeply into His Word, embrace the practice of prayer, and live authentically in the support of our communities of faith.

we offer a Prayer Point, Saturday Conference and/or a Night of Inspiration with national authors, speakers and musical guests.

MP Women - Girlfriend Groups
What are Girlfriend Groups?
Girlfriend Groups is a ministry for Mount Paran women to gather and feel loved, to be encouraged and to be seen. Girlfriend groups offer women the opportunity to develop and strengthen emotionally and spiritually through godly friendships. Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing (1 Thessalonians 5:11). Everyone "connects" in different ways. We each have different needs. We get it. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. We have a place for you! Registration is currently open until March 31st!
What are focus groups?
Each focus group is unique. Each Leader uses their personal gifts and passions to a create a fun group that allows the women to connect with one another.
Cultured Chicks:
A space for faith-centered conversations, exploring how they connect to the culture around us while enjoying the best of Atlanta—music, arts, food, and more. Come join us!

Fit for the Father:
Are you looking for a group that will challenge, motivate, and keep you accountable to your fitness goals? Join Fit for the Father for a fun, supportive environment designed to help you reach and maintain your goals. You'll get easy-to-follow stretches, cardio, and strength exercises, plus simple healthy eating tips, and delicious recipes. Get inspired, join the fun, and let's get moving together!

Helping Hearts:
With Helping Hearts, we can be a friend through providing a helping hand.
For those that have a servant’s heart and want to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the hurting, this is a perfect group to join. We will be getting to know each other through volunteer opportunities with our home missions projects, or planting trees in Atlanta, taking meals to the sick, serving in senior citizen homes, helping the homeless or cleaning community parks. The opportunities are endless.
“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” Philippians 2:3-4
Seasoned Sisters:
Have you reached a new stage of life — and maybe you have relocated or retired — so making new friends can be a challenge. Close relationships with others are vital to your health, your self-esteem and even your longevity of life!
In Seasoned Sisters, we will discover common interests, enjoy various activities, and connect with others in this next season of life!

My Sisters Keeper provides a nurturing community where women find spiritual support, encouragement, and sisterly love. Adulting gets hectic! We’re here to lift you up in challenges and cheer you on as you celebrate personal milestones.
Join us as we bless one another in prayer, share wisdom, and enjoy fellowship to stay *Happy, Healthy, and Holy!*
