We will share: easy-to-follow stretches, cardio, and strength exercise. Simple healthy eating tips and recipes. Join the fun, and let's get moving!

Let's talk scripture. Let's talk culture. A gathering to hang for deep talks about our faith and how it relates to our culture around us while exploring the best of Atlanta culture.

Finally, brothers (sisters), whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. Philippians 4:8

With Helping Hearts, we are able to be a friend through providing a helping hand.

For those that have a servants heart and want to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the hurting, this is a perfect group to join. We will be getting to know each other through volunteer opportunities with our home missions projects, or planting trees in Atlanta, taking meals to the sick, serving in senior citizen homes, helping the homeless or cleaning community parks. The opportunities are endless.

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” Philippians 2:3-4

When you were in school, you had no problem making friends. Ditto for those years when you were a parent of growing kids. But now that you've reached a new stage of life — and maybe have relocated or retired — making new friends can be a challenge. Close relationships with others are vital to your health, your self-esteem and even your longevity of life!

We will discover common interests, enjoy various activities and connect with others in this next season of life!

“Even when you’re old, I’ll take care of you. Even when your hair turns gray, I’ll support you. I made you and will continue to care for you. I’ll support you and save you. To whom will you compare me and make me equal? To whom will you compare me so that we can be alike?” Isaiah 46:4-5

Focus on spiritual conversations and application to our lives. We go deep in the Word digging deep into what God is trying to teach us and how we can implement it when applicable. Discuss Sunday sermons and bible studies, what we’re learning, and what specifically pertains to us, giving us the opportunity of reflecting and recording our progress through the practice of journaling. Are you ready to go deep?

The "All Things Beautiful" Group is for those who are seeking to embrace the beauty that God has already put in each one of us. It's all about looking great and bringing glory to our Creator! Be the best that you can be and connect with those who are interested in all aspects of beauty and reflecting God’s beauty in the world.

Looking for a group designed specifically for moms with playdates and kid friendly events? This group provides an opportunity for moms to connect with other moms and build authentic relationships. We'll have picnics, visit museums and go on adventures with our kiddos in tow. And maybe sometimes we'll sneak off for an early breakfast without the kiddos...shhhh! Join this fun, mom focused group created with you in mind!

We’re single Christian women age 35* and over choosing joy as we live with intention, focusing on God’s blessings rather than the disappointments and the losses. Yes, the weight of singleness is heavy…but far less so in community with our single sisters in Christ. Hand-in-hand and heart-to-heart, we share the journey. Through gatherings, outings, communal prayer, sermon discussions, and so much more, together we laugh, cry, learn, and grow — all with a singular joy.
